The School of Hard Knocks Pt. 1

After Jacob encounters God, it was like He enrolled him in school… THE SCHOOL OF HARD KNOCKS (Genesis 29:1-30). – The  IDIOM refers to “The Sometimes-Painful Education” that one gets from negative experiences. – In the next three chapters we will learn that Jacob had several hard lessons which God used to shape him into a man of God, who lived in obedient faith.  In this sermon, we will examine 3 lessons.
